Return Policy

Orders that have been placed can only be canceled if the job has not yet been printed. Such orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Once an order is printed as the customer ordered no return will be accepted and no refund will be given.
If a customer orders unprinted merchandise, they may return the merchandise in the original packaging within 60 days for an 75% refund of the original purchase price.
