When shopping for business greeting cards, customers often have questions regarding
the availability of samples, order processing time, etc. Hammond Greetings &
Promotions offers quick turnaround time on all orders for business greeting cards.
We understand how important is to review a sample of the business greeting cards
you are considering ordering, so we provide them at no charge. If your questions

Question: Can I request samples?
Answer: Yes! Simply send e-mail to
sales@hammond.com with your mailing address and the item numbers of the
cards you are interested in. The limit on the number of samples you can order is
five.
Question: Do the cards come with envelopes?
Answer: Yes. All cards come with blank envelopes.
Most cards come with foil lined envelopes, however . The cards that do not
come with foil-lined envelopes are those with a colored “rag edge” at the
bottom. Those cards come with envelopes that match the paper of the card
and have a matching “rag edge” across the bottom of the flap.
The majority of the envelopes in the assortment packs are plain unlined envelopes.
Question: Do we ship to Canada?
Answer: Yes! After you add a card to the shopping cart you can select from
three shipping methods to Canada: Ground, Expedited or Express.
Question: When will I receive my order?
Answer: Estimated delivery date = Processing Time + Delivery Time. Orders with standard printing are processed and completed in 2 – 3 business days (processing time). Orders with a logo or custom verse can take 2 days longer. In Step 3 of the ordering process you will see where the card you are ordering ships from and can select the method of shipment (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day or Overnight).
